I've received so much feedback. My only lament is that many of you are sending it via e-mail rather than putting your thoughts into comments. Don't be shy!
This article is packed with more details about the little tricks that recruiters use to generate leads and use their prospects. I touch upon some of the reasons that they themselves are jaded and frustrated but I focus more on how job seekers can prepare themselves for virtually any job market.
